This portable diesel generator is CSA-certified and packed with features designed to maximize reliability, ease of use, and long service life. The DOT-compliant trailer is built with a full tubular steel frame and features a lockable, insulated enclosure. Stainless steel hinges, exterior hardware, and door latches ensure long-term corrosion resistance. The enclosure is fully insulated, baffled for noise reduction, and treated with a durable, UV- and fade-resistant powder-coated finish.
Power is provided by a self-priming, naturally aspirated Mitsubishi four-cylinder diesel engine delivering 22.3 amps at 1800 RPM. The efficient cooling system maintains optimal performance in ambient temperatures up to 120°F. External outlets with individual breaker switches, an hour meter, and an easily accessible external emergency stop switch offer enhanced convenience and safety. A four-position key switch (with glow plug function) allows for easy preheating, starting, running, and stopping of the generator.
Additional built-in safety features include a 70A start limit main breaker (to prevent overload), automatic low oil shutdown, and high temperature shutdown systems. This sturdy and dependable trailer-mounted generator is backed by a 2-year or 2,000-hour manufacturer's warranty for peace of mind.

There's a 4 position switch (preheat, start, run, stop) and an hour meter. Instructions are mounted on the generator's external case in several languages. The operator manual is also mounted on the case for easy access. There are multiple external outlets (with individual breaker switches) for easy access. The cooling system will facilitate operation at higher temperatures, but there is also a shutdown system for low oil or high temperatures, to prevent the towable generator from overheating.
For starters, the trailer has the DOT requirements for safe operation on public roadways. The generator has an emergency shut-off switch that is mounted on the exterior case and is very quick to access. The portable generator trailer's operating and safety instructions are bilingual and are also mounted on the exterior of the generator.
