Tanks have female NPT openings in the same position on one end, giving you the option to use with any marine plumbing. Why Use Rotational Molding for Marine Water Tanks?
A unique type of tank fabrication, rotational molding is ideal for marine water tanks. Heating virgin, polyethylene resin inside a hollow, closed mold makes the one-piece tank. The resin at temperatures range from 260°C to 370°C to evenly coated the mold with resin. Centrifugal force during rotation produces a smooth, watertight product with even, consistent walls. Roto mold tanks have a longer life expectancy than other fresh water tanks and are strong, durable, and meet potable water specifications.
